Saša Kecman kondicioni trener i zumba instruktor vam pokazuje trening u kojem koristite samo težinu svog tijela, tzv. Body Weight trening. Saša pored praktičnih vježbi savjetuje da obavezno prilikom ustajanja odmah popijete 2 čaše vode i doručkujete, a zatim da trenirate. Trebali bi doručkovati 2 sata prije treninga, da ne trenirate odmah punog stomaka.
